Inquiry - History Inquiry

This inquiry displays a history of transactions for a debtor.

  1. Open the Debtor Inquiry screen for the debtor you want to inquire on.

Refer to "Displaying the Debtor Inquiry Screen" (MDS and MRF) or "Displaying the Debtor Inquiry Screen" (POS).

  1. Select INQUIRY | HISTORY INQUIRY.

Micronet displays the Select Output Device screen.

  1. Select whether you want your inquiry displayed on screen, printed, saved to a specific type of file, faxed, or emailed in a specific format.

If multi-currency transactions are enabled, Micronet displays the Select Exchange Rate screen.

  1. Complete the following fields then select the Accept button:

Display Account In

Select the currency in which you want the inquiry results displayed. Options are:

  • Select Particular Currency - allows you to select a currency
  • Transaction Currency - displays the results in the currency in which the transaction was conducted
  • Default Currency - displays the results in the default currency for the debtor as set in the Debtor master file.

 

Exchange Rate Number

If you chose to select a currency, enter the exchange rate number or press Tab or Enter to select a currency.

 

Country

Micronet displays the currency name.

 

Exchange Rate

Micronet displays the current exchange rate.

Micronet prints or displays the Debtor Account History Inquiry.

  1. When you have finished with this inquiry, select the Exit button.

Micronet redisplays the Debtor Inquiry screen where you can perform another inquiry if required.

  1. Select FILE | NEW to inquire on a different debtor.
